OZEV grant help, in plain English
Raya treats OZEV as a friction-remover, not a hero claim. If your home qualifies, Raya handles the paperwork and applies the discount up front. If it doesn’t, Raya will say so — clearly.
Who it tends to help
- Renters in flats with a dedicated parking space
- Owners of flats / leasehold homes
- Households needing a cross-pavement solution (cable channel)
What Raya does
- Checks eligibility against the live OZEV rules during the quote
- Where eligible, the grant covers up to £500 per socket (75% of combined hardware and installation), to 31 March 2027
- Applies the grant to the installed price up front — no rebate chasing
- Submits the paperwork on the household’s behalf
What it doesn’t do
OZEV doesn’t cover most owner-occupied houses with off-street parking. Raya will say so up front rather than overselling.
