What the quote form collects

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• The installation address and postcode
• Details about the property, the charger you picked, your connector choice, tariff and any solar or battery

Who it is shared with

The store is lead-generation only. When you register a quote, those details are passed to the installer partner who carries out the survey, quote, agreement and payment. Nothing is sold on to third parties.

Lawful basis

• Quote details → installer: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). This is why that tick is required — without it the store cannot get you a quote.
• Marketing email and SMS: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Optional, unticked by default, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, captured in the cookie banner (PECR).

Retention

• Quote enquiries: kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
• Installed jobs: kept for 6 years, to cover warranty, grant and accounting obligations.
• Marketing consent records: kept for 24 months after withdrawal, as proof of consent.
• Store analytics events: kept for 14 months.
